We usually ship within 3 days of getting your order unless otherwise noted or when we are away from the office at industry events, rallys, etc. (we will notify via email or at time of order). We ship within US via UPS and USPS from California depending on the size of the item. For the best rates please choose UPS Ground or UPS Flat Rate for large items (side cases, top cases, etc) and USPS Flat Rate for smaller items (most accessories). Orders within the state of CA ship for $0 - $8.00 max to offset sales taxes. We ship direct to countries outside the USA via United States Postal Service Priority Mail International (Typically 10 Business Days delivery from date of shipment). FOB Our Dock. The customer is responsible for tracking the package via the tracking numbers provided by UPS and USPS and dealing with in-country customs and paying Duty or other fees. Customers should allow two weeks or more before a schedule trip deadline to address any issues.
WARRANTY - All luggage, cases, accessories and hardware have a limited 1 year warranty, repair or replace at our discretion, proof of original purchase date required, break-away latch not inlcuded. Parts claimed by the purchaser to be defective must first be returned for evaluation before a replacement part is shipped, especially the break-away compression latch. No other warranties or guarantees written or implied. Case manufacturers (Pelican, SKB, B&W) may have additional warranty/guarantee that may or may not apply, please contact them directly for additional service.
RETURN POLICY - You may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date unused (never attached to a bike) and in the original packaging for a full refund less return shipping costs. Case colors other than black, and special order products are non-refundable and non-returnable. If there is a problem with your order or product we will address it promptly and fix or replace at our discretion - no other compensation or remedy is offered or implied. This includes problems/delays caused by shipping companies (UPS, USPS, etc.). Our products are primarily designed to fit stock, un-modified motorcycles and are usually compatible with many aftermarket products. However, aftermarket parts compatibility issues or problems arising due to modified or damaged motorcycles are the responsibility of the customer, so check fit and compatibility before installing. Motorcycle sub-frames are welded assemblies and variances occur, so a perfect fit, although typical, is not guaranteed and some extra effort, adjustment and time is occasionally required.
